Beginning as a modest manufacturing unit in the early 1960s, BEC has progressively expanded its operations over the past six decades to align with the industrial development of the country. Our multidisciplinary production facilities are outfitted with a wide range of advanced technologies and high-performance systems and equipment. The Company is witnessing substantial growth both domestically and internationally.
We are well recognized and Registered Supply Partner to all core Industrial Sectors viz. including Railway, Mining, Heavy Engineering, Steel Plant, Cement Plant, Power Plant, Construction, Mineral & Metals, EPC, Non-Ferrous, Defence, Shipping, Oil & Gas, etc. with a customer base in India and globally.
We offer cutting-edge solutions in Casting and Fabrication. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in the central India, boasts more than six decades of experience in casting, fabrication, machining, and assembly specifically for railway traction components, bogie frames, couplers, and draft gear. Leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) rely on us for precision, superior quality, performance, and dependability in every component we produce, supported by our extensive expertise and advanced technology.
Our three Plants situated in Bhilai & Raipur, in the state of Chhattisgarh-Central part of India are well connected by Road and Rail to International Sea Ports & Airports of India ensuring excellent logistics support.
The Fabrication Shop features a covered area of nearly one kilo meter and can accommodate single-piece weights of up to 50 tons. The facility is equipped with welding solutions, a covered painting & shot blasting booths & open space to take up heavy and larger assemblies. Our annual capacity is 10,000 tons per annum focusing on special Steel castings in Mn- Steel, Alloy Steel & Carbon Steel.
The Machine Shop is equipped with CNC / NC machine tools. to cater to the needs of Cast & Fabrication items and sub-assemblies.

Over the period, we have expanded our Production Facilities, adopted advanced tools in Design, Development and detailed occupant Simulation to ensure compliance with safety standards and more.
