Fabrication Division addresses the needs of Power (Wind Energy, Thermal & Hydra Power Plant) & Material Handling (Coal, Iron Ore and Dockyards), Equipment for Railways and other core industrial sectors. Our Unit has received approval for columns, Horizontal Beams, Bracings & General structures for NTPC projects through BHEL.
The Fabrication Shop features a covered area spanning nearly a kilometer capable of handling individual pieces weighing up to 50 tons. The facility is equipped with welding solutions, a covered painting & shot blasting booths & open space to take up heavy and larger assemblies. The annual capacity stands at 10,000 tons.

Additionally, our in-house capabilities encompass a fabrication shop, blasting booth, paint booth, and testing laboratories equipped with advanced measuring and testing instruments. Our Quality Assurance Department is equipped with modern testing facilities to monitor quality from the raw material stage. through to the completed product. We ensure high-quality performance at every phase of fabrication and welding. The quality assurance system within our division adheres to surpasses the standards set by our accreditations.
