• New product develops and monitors pattern evaluate scrap and implement corrective change to the process and /or equipment
• Attend daily rejection & production meeting to assure that pattern engineering are completed in a timely manner to maintain scheduled due-date for the SFO foundry production needs.
• Work with outside pattern shop for the development and repair of tooling
• Create and maintain hard routings, product structure , product no. of foundry castings.
• Maintain manpower Handel.
• Coordination quality control, purchasing & marketing person achieve perform to schedule goal.
• Recommend and enforce regulations that will ensure the safety of the employee.
• Review and critique casting and foundry pattern and core box designs.
• Gating system calculation and Riser designing for iron and Steel Castings.
