• Annual Capacity : 12000 Tons per annum (Steel castings up to 6.5MT single piece)
• Manufacture all types of Steel & Cast Iron castings with the weight range between 90kgs to 7500Kgs. single piece in As-cast, Proof machined and Fully machined condition.
• Have Machine Moulding of Kuenkel-Wagner with 5tonne Jolting capacity with Box Size 3meter x 1meter x 0.4meter and Arpa 900 with Box Size 1.1meter x 0.9meter x 0.25meter
• This includes implementation of 5S, Designing & In-house Pattern Making with Casting Simulation Modeling, Melting Shop with Direct ARC Furnace, Molding Shop with No Bake System, Integrated Facilities: Fabrication, Assembly & Machining etc.
