Our Urla-Raipur is catering needs of Power (Wind Energy, Thermal & Hydra Power Plant) & Material Handling (Coal, Iron Ore and Dockyards), Equipment for Railways and other core industrial sectors. Our Unit is approved for columns, Horizontal Beams, Bracings & General structures for NTPC projects through BHEL.

The Fabrication Shop is equipped with a covered shed of almost a kilometer. It can handle a single piece weight of 50 tons. The facility has specialized welding solutions, a covered painting & shot blasting booths & open space to take up heavy and larger assemblies. The annual capacity is 10,000 tons per annum.

• Bucket:  We offer complete design, manufacturing and maintenance for Bucket solutions to Excavators & Shovels (Range 3cu.mt. to 30cu.mt), Dragline & Rope Shovel (Electric Bucket), Hydraulic Excavator (10cu.mt. to 20cu.mt)
• Crushing & Breaking: Our Feeder Breakers work up-to 500TPH capacity, reducing size down to -200/ -100.
• Heavy Engineering and Technological Structures and Assemblies for MHE & Boilers

Fabrication Shop is equipped with:

• CNC Machine (Messer & ProArc -3500 mm wide, 40000 mm Length and maximum thickness 220 mm).
• Corimpex Machine (Advance Welding Technology – For Beam welding – Maxi. Width Flange 1000 mm, Maximum Height 2000mm, Plate thickness 63 mm that is about 1000 Kg per meter).
• Column Boom Welding Machines (to handle circumferential welding upto 4500 mm dia Shells).
• Plate Bending Machine (80 mm thick & 2500 mm wide plate).
• Painting Booth is 32 meters long x 6 meter width x 8 meters height – 2 Booths with Humidity Control facility.
• Grit Blasting Booth is 32 meters long x 6 meter width x 8 meters height & 22 x 4.5 x 5
• Metalizing Booth is 32 meters long x 6 meter width x 8 meters height
• Closed Sheds – 3 Sheds (13 x 12 x 325 meters, 15 x 10 x 300 meters, 24 x 12 x 325 meter)
• Open Bay for Large fabrication with 2 Gantry Cranes of 25 Ton Each: 24 x 12 300 meter
• Pug Cutting, Drilling, Grinding and SAW Machines
